We caught back up with the train as it stopped in Greeley for bearing grease. After parking, we had just a few minutes before the train departed again, southbound for Denver. This is the Denver Post Cheyenne Frontier Days Train, headed back to Denver after a day at the rodeo in Cheyenne.

Filmed south of Carr, Colorado, from the overpass on Highway 85. 844 wasn’t cruising as fast as normal, possibly due to some troubles in the bearings, but she was still cruising at 55-60 mph. This is the Denver Post Cheyenne Frontier Days Train, headed back to Denver after a day at the rodeo in Cheyenne.
