Taken on a rainy day earlier this week. This is the view from our patio. So much for drying the laundry outside…

Here’s a video I put together yesterday for my friends and family back in the US. It gives a brief tour of the town my family and I are living in in southern Japan- it’s about 20 minutes and shows the view as I help my mother in law make vegetable deliveries around town.
昨日、アメリカにいる家族と友達のために伊佐市のツアービデオを作りました。野菜の配達しながら撮影してみました。20分程度ですので、時間あるときに見てください!

First video taken here in Kagoshima. Not quite Oscar caliber, but maybe worth a Golden Globe…
Taken along the Route 10 headed into Kagoshima City, the Kagoshima Aquarium, and the Ferris Wheel on top of Amu Plaza at Kagoshima Central Station.
Thanks to Fixed Sash for showing this to me.
Above and beyond worthy of the four minutes of your time to watch this.
Absolutely beautiful. I love this part of the state, and will certainly miss the San Juan mountains when I leave. And the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge.
On November 15, 2012, the Funeral Procession for Lakewood Police Officer James Davies passed by my office. It took 30 minutes from start to finish, and conveys the dedication that these men and women have to their jobs and each other.
Rest in Peace, Officer Davies.

Very nicely made timelapse of Kuala Lumpur by Rob Whitworth.
As a resident of Colorado (at least for the next few months), I had never seen this commercial. But the folks who made it sure did a beautiful job on it.
Gorgeous.
This is a dark video… but the more I watch it, the more I love it.
Picking up the album tomorrow, got concert tickets this morning!
This is the Stabil-i Case, up for a run on Kickstarter. They have figured out an ingenious looking steadicam type system built into an iPhone case… I’ve signed up for one, and if you take any videos using your iPhone, it’s worth a look as it looks really slick.
